Yes. We visit the site, take measurements and send a full itemised estimate at no cost. You only pay once you decide to go ahead.
Absolutely. All 24 categories are available for standalone supply, whether it's a single bag of cement or a full-site monthly contract. Contractors get dedicated bulk slabs.
Within the city, orders placed before 3 PM usually reach site the same day. Outside the city limits it's next working day. Large or made-to-order items are confirmed at the time of booking.
We work with empanelled architects and structural engineers for drawings, and we can coordinate the local authority approval process on your behalf as part of a turnkey contract.
Construction contracts run on stage-wise milestone payments agreed upfront. Material supply is pay-on-delivery, with credit terms available for registered trade accounts.
